The team: consulting and architecture to build for the long run

Hundred Miles is a strategy consulting firm founded in Paris by Pierre Courrieu. Since March 2026, he and Iswarya “Ishu” Malayamaan have been designing the agents and prototypes used on assignments. The rule does not change: the machines contradict, a senior consultant sorts the objections.

Portrait of Iswarya Malayamaan

AI architect · front-end and back-end development

Iswarya “Ishu” Malayamaan

AI architect at Hundred Miles since March 2026. A computer engineer with an MBA, she works from Hamburg and designs the multi-agent systems used on assignments, all the way to production.

On the back end, she orchestrates the agents with LangGraph, on PostgreSQL and Neo4j databases deployed with Docker, and builds the RAG pipelines that give them access to documents. On the front end, she develops the interfaces in React, TypeScript and JavaScript.

Before that, almost two years at Accenture: a secure chatbot deployed on Google Cloud, faster continuous integration pipelines, Python scripts that cut processing time by 20%, and Power BI and Tableau dashboards delivered to clients.

AWS Solutions Architect Associate certified. In 2026 she also supervised applied AI projects as a teaching assistant on Ironhack’s AI Consulting & Integration bootcamp.

The name

A hundred miles, the distance of an ultra-trail

A hundred miles, about a hundred and sixty kilometres: roughly the distance of the UTMB, which Pierre finished in 2021, before the Marathon des Sables in 2026. He drew from it a motto he applies to transformations: “The plan holds for the first 50 km, then the terrain decides. What remains is to adapt rather than endure.”

Assignments follow the same logic, in four stages. Pierre calls it the T.R.AI.L method, for Transformation, Results, AI Leverage.

  1. 01 · Base training

    Prepare

Build a clear, forward-looking vision, to decide well.

Vision and foresight · Decision support · Continuous improvement

  2. 02 · Training

    Strengthen

Strengthen the strategy and the teams, to gain efficiency and agility.

Diagnostics · Strategic and marketing plan · Pilots · Skills and change management

  3. 03 · Race

    Execute

Ensure smooth execution without losing sight of the finish line.

Project management · Time to market · Commercial launch

  4. 04 · Recovery

    Capitalise

Capitalise on results and lessons learned, to make the gains last.

Lessons learned · Knowledge management · Machine learning and data
