2-day diagnostic · €2,400 excl. VAT · prototype from €6,500 excl. VAT
Improve productivity
“The process your team runs by hand, and that nobody dares touch.”
2014, the marketing department of a large services group. The monthly dashboard was consolidated by hand: four days a month, files ten times too large. After redesigning the process and the tool: twenty minutes. Fifty days a year given back to the team, fifteen of them to analysis.
Twelve years later, the approach is the same. The tools have changed. The time freed goes to higher-value analysis.
“Improve productivity” is an assignment by Hundred Miles, a strategy consulting firm in Paris, on a process your team still runs by hand: two days to measure it, for €2,400 excl. VAT, then an automation prototype in your tools, from €6,500 excl. VAT.
Phase 1 · 2 days · €2,400 excl. VAT
The pain-point hunt
- A map of the process as it is actually done, including departures from the written procedure.
- Measurement: time spent, frequency, errors, rework.
- Pain points ranked as minor, tolerable or painful.
- Three quantified automations, each with the time saved and its cost.
- The choice of tool, once the measurement is done.
The diagnostic fee is credited against the prototype.
Phase 2 · from €6,500 excl. VAT
The prototype in your tools
Built with coding agents under our review, tested on your real cases, delivered with its manual and handed over to the team. Fixed quote at the end of phase 1: no delivery date is promised before measuring.
- Microsoft 365
- Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, in your tenant and under your rules. First choice when your IT department requires it.
- Flows and data
- Make, n8n or KNIME to connect your applications and prepare data, when your IT department accepts it.
- Agent
- LangChain or LangGraph when the process involves language or judgement: letters to sort, documents to extract from, summaries to produce. Every decision the agent makes remains readable.
- Quoted separately
- Production agent or web application with an external developer: from €9,000 excl. VAT.
- Afterwards
- Support and upgrades from €500 to €900 excl. VAT a month, renewable quarterly, with a service level schedule and an exit clause.

Questions
What clients ask us before ordering
How can a team automate repetitive tasks?
By measuring before automating. The two-day diagnostic maps the process as it is actually done, measures time spent, frequency, errors and rework, then costs three automations with the time saved and their price. The tool is chosen afterwards.
Can Excel reporting be automated?
Yes, and it is one of the pain points we are shown most often. In 2014, a marketing department’s monthly dashboard took four days to consolidate by hand; after redesigning the process and the tool, twenty minutes. Depending on your environment, the answer lies in Power Automate and Excel within your Microsoft 365 tenant, or in a data flow if your IT department accepts it.
Power Automate, n8n or Make: which tool should we choose?
The one your IT department will accept and your team can maintain. If your IT department mandates Microsoft 365, Power Automate is the first choice. Make or n8n connect several applications to each other, once your IT department has approved the flow. We choose after the diagnostic, never before.
Which AI can automate tasks?
AI only adds something when the task involves language or judgement: sorting letters or extracting information from a document, for instance. We then build an agent (LangChain or LangGraph) whose every decision stays readable. For a mechanical task, a conventional automation does the job.
How do you calculate a productivity gain?
Time spent per occurrence, multiplied by frequency, plus the time lost to errors and rework: that is what the diagnostic measures before proposing anything. On the 2014 marketing dashboard, four days a month cut to twenty minutes gave fifty days a year back to the team, fifteen of them to analysis.
How much does a custom automation cost?
The diagnostic costs €2,400 excl. VAT and is credited against the prototype. The prototype starts at €6,500 excl. VAT, on a fixed quote drawn up at the end of the diagnostic; a production agent or a web application with an external developer, from €9,000 excl. VAT. Support and updates: €500 to €900 excl. VAT a month, on a renewable quarterly basis.
Does our data leave the company?
Not without your IT department’s approval. Microsoft 365 automations run in your tenant and under your rules, and we put no Make or n8n flow in the cloud until your IT department has approved it. The supplier kit and security sheet are on the Method and security page.
