Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Traffic is measured from the server logs, with no identifier stored on your device. If you choose the light or dark display, that choice is kept in your browser (local storage), for no other purpose. The booking pages (Microsoft Bookings) and payment pages (Stripe) are hosted by those providers, under their own policies.

Personal data

Data controller: Hundred Miles, represented by Pierre Courrieu.

• Booking a call: name, email address and message, via Microsoft Bookings. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract. Retention: three years after the last contact.
• Payment: processed by Stripe, which acts as a separate data controller for card data. Hundred Miles never receives your card number.
• Documents entrusted for an assignment: processed solely to carry out the assignment, under NDA, and deleted thirty days after delivery.
• Invoicing: kept for ten years, under accounting obligations.
