Method and security
What AI does and does not do, and where your data goes. A page to pass on to your IT or procurement department.
Division of roles
What AI does, what it does not do
The agents
- read the whole document, appendices included;
- build the best reading, then attack it with a model from a different family;
- check that the figures are consistent from one page to the next;
- keep a trail of every objection: page, sentence, reasoning.
Us
- we sort the objections and discard most of them;
- we add what the agents cannot know: your committee and the history of your organisation;
- we sign the report and answer for every blind spot we keep;
- you decide. The agents do not, and neither do we.
Traceability
Every objection leaves a trail
The agents run on Nestor advAIsor, the framing platform we have been developing since March 2026. Each report can come with its traceability appendix: objections produced, kept, discarded, and why. The platform keeps a tamper-proof decision log, deleted with the file, and its conclusions draw on a catalogue of documented strategic analysis frameworks rather than on the model’s improvisation.
A machine that decides without making its reasoning readable calls for an investigation before any approval.
Security sheet
Your data, point by point
- Contract
- NDA signed before any upload. Data processing agreement (DPA, GDPR Article 28) on request.
- Upload
- A dedicated upload link for each order. No document sent as an unencrypted attachment.
- Processing
- Nestor advAIsor infrastructure, hosted by Scaleway in France.
- Models
- Called via API under commercial terms that exclude training on your data. The list of model providers is available on request and appended to the DPA.
- Access
- The senior consultant in charge of the file. The AI architect designs the agents without ever reading client files; no one outside the team has access to them.
- Retention
- Documents, reports and the decision log deleted thirty days after delivery, with a deletion certificate on request. Only the invoice is kept for ten years, as the law requires.
- Handover
- For a prototype: code, flows and documentation are handed over on delivery and assigned to you upon full payment, with the right to develop them further without us.
The tools
Which tool for which case
The tool is chosen after the process has been measured. In order of preference when your IT department has rules:
- Microsoft 365
- Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, Teams. In your tenant, under your rules, with no new supplier to onboard.
- Excel and VBA
- When the tool has to live on the user’s workstation, with no extra licence. Twenty years of practice, from banking to pharmaceuticals.
- n8n
- Flows between applications. Can be installed on your premises, which settles the data question.
- Make
- Cloud flows between applications. Requires your IT department’s approval: your data goes through a third party.
- KNIME, RapidMiner
- Data preparation and analysis, no-code machine learning. Desktop tools, subject to installation rights.
- LangChain, LangGraph
- Agents, when the process involves language or judgement. This is the technical foundation of Nestor advAIsor.
Pierre Courrieu took the No Code AI and Machine Learning programme from MIT Professional Education, with Great Learning: KNIME, RapidMiner, n8n, Google AI Studio, NotebookLM.
