Before you hand in your report
The starkest moment in a consultant’s life: the report goes out on Friday, the steering committee reads it on Monday. A panel of agents attacks it the way that committee would, a senior consultant who has been on assignments since 1999 reviews it, and you receive up to ten ranked blind spots and the three questions the client is likely to ask.

What is a red team review of a consulting report?
A team whose only job is to attack your recommendation before the client does. Here, a panel of agents plays the steering committee and a senior consultant sorts what comes out. Within 72 hours you receive up to ten ranked blind spots and the three questions the client is likely to ask.
Can I send you a report intended for my client?
Check your contract: the review is carried out in line with your own confidentiality commitments. On our side: NDA signed before upload, processing on infrastructure hosted in France, deletion thirty days after delivery. If your contract rules it out, your commercial proposals and your firm’s development plan remain eligible.
Why not have a partner in the firm review it?
Do that too. A partner knows the client, and often the recommendation, having shaped it. The panel has no attachment to the report: two model families contradict each other, then a senior consultant from outside your firm sorts what matters.
