Executive committee seminar · 3 hours, then 2 hours · from €4,900 excl. VAT
Prepare for the shift to AI
“Your executive committee leaves with three use cases and a costed roadmap.”
Your executive committee has already seen a ChatGPT demo. What it does not know is what AI changes in your company and your processes, and what must be decided before the next budget.
“Prepare for the shift to AI” is the executive committee seminar offered by Hundred Miles, a strategy consulting firm in Paris: three hours with your executive committee, prepared with a benchmark of your sector, then two hours with your CTO to scope a 90-day pilot. From €4,900 excl. VAT.
The process
Three weeks of preparation, five hours together
Preparation
Interviews with the CEO and the CTO. A benchmark of your sector: who does what with AI, with what published results, and the use cases attached to each link in your value chain.
Executive committee seminar
The benchmark, then a simulation drawn from a real event in your sector: the Iberian blackout for energy, the connected plant for industry, the fleet for transport. The committee decides with and without AI, and sees the difference. It leaves with three selected use cases.
CTO workshop
The chosen case becomes a 90-day pilot: scope, data, team, success indicator and stop indicator.
Deliverable
The three prioritised use cases, the costed roadmap and the pilot sheet, within a week.

Our credentials
What this seminar is built on
September 2025
Sciences Po Executive Education
Three hours with 25 scientific and technical executives from mid-sized energy companies, with a simulation of the April 2025 Iberian blackout.
March 2026
Board of directors of an industrial group
A session on Industry 4.0 and AI, for the board and the executive committee, in English.
eEOM
A process reference model for the energy sector
Derived from the eTOM model used in telecoms: 17 dimensions, more than 300 activities, 80 documented real cases. It is the backbone of the benchmark: each use case is attached to a precise activity in the model.
2026
IT services and industry round tables
Five IT services leaders with PAC and G9+ in February, the FFSCN “Industry and AI” round table in September. The positions defended.
What it is not
Neither tool training nor a sales demo
- No tool is sold during the seminar.
- No catalogue of forty use cases: three, chosen by your executive committee, are enough.
- A consulting assignment, funded from the executive management budget.
NextThe 90-day pilot is often built with the “Improve productivity” service. If an action plan is needed first, a one-week scoping assignment at €4,900 excl. VAT produces it. One-page executive memo on request.
Questions
What clients ask us before ordering
Where should a company’s AI strategy start?
With an executive committee decision on three use cases, each tied to a specific step in your value chain. A list of forty cases cannot be decided on; three can be costed and compared. The seminar gets you to that choice in three hours, starting from a benchmark of your sector.
How do you choose a first AI use case?
On two criteria: the data already exists, and an indicator will tell you within 90 days whether the case delivers. Technical appeal and demo value come second. During the seminar, your executive committee decides once with AI and once without, on a real event from your sector, and chooses having seen the difference.
How do you run an AI pilot?
By writing down, before you start, the scope, the data, the team, a success indicator and a stop indicator. The last one is the one most often missing, and it is what prevents a pilot that never ends. The two-hour workshop with your CTO produces this sheet for a 90-day pilot.
Is this AI training for executives?
No. The seminar trains no one on a tool: your executive committee works on your sector and your processes, and leaves with three selected use cases and a costed roadmap. If what you need is to learn to use an AI assistant day to day, a training course will serve you better, and we will tell you so on the call.
Should we start with AI agents?
Only if the process lends itself to one. An agent is justified when the work involves language or judgement, such as letters to sort or documents to analyse. Elsewhere, a conventional automation is often enough, for less. The seminar decides case by case; the pilot is then built with the Improve productivity service.
How should an AI strategy be presented to the board?
With a recommendation: the first case to launch and how to measure it. A paper that lists twelve cases without choosing any leaves the board with nothing to approve. The seminar exists in the same format for a board of directors or a supervisory board; if the position paper is already written, the Prepare for a committee stress test reviews it before the meeting.
How much does an AI workshop for an executive committee cost?
From €4,900 excl. VAT, preparation included: interviews with the CEO and the CTO, a sector benchmark, a three-hour seminar, a two-hour workshop and a deliverable within a week. The quote is fixed, drawn up after a thirty-minute call. 50% deposit on order, balance on delivery.
